Our Factory
During the last 10 years Belladelli has invested in the factory, in technology to produce and commercialized cheese and whey.
Both are characterized by the Italian origin of raw material and by a decisive typicality because they are made with a classic method and Po valley tradition.
The dairy industry Belladelli has patented its production process.

Our Cheese
Completely natural, without rennet, no allergens added.
Hard cheese, cooked and slow matured, produced with semi-skimmed milk, with coagulant for vegetarians and free of preservatives. It is a low-sodium product and naturally lyzozyme free.
It is obtained exclusively from Italian raw milk, picked up directly from those barns in which has been applyed a strict protocol of livestock, nutrition and milk management to guarantee the typical production, the traceability and quality.
