TUTTO ITALIANO BIOCHEESE

TUTTO ITALIANO cheese is also produced in the variant TUTTO ITALIANO BIO.

This cheese is obtained only from certified livestocks with biological agriculture chain, produced with milk undergone to a rigid control by a certification body that verifies the production for the purposes of European Reagulations CE 834/07 and CE 889/8 and, at Italian levels, of D.M. 18354/09 (Bi-ological Agriculture).

In the case of milk, the caption “from biological agriculture” indicates a livestock method that acknowledge only the use of natural substances, present in nature, excluding the use of chemical synthesis substances (fertilizers, herbicide, insecticide).
