CONTINUOUS MONITORING
We carry out, according to a supervision plan, analysis on raw materials, auxiliary materials, contact surfaces and finished products in an internal laboratory and many accredited and certified external laboratories.
STRICT STANDARDS
Milk is partially skimmed, mechanically cleaned at low temperatures and well balanced of fats and proteins, classic maturation during a controlled rest in insulated tanks.
PRODUCTIVE PROCEDURES
Every operation in TUTTO ITALIANO cheese fulfillment is repeated with precise and constant professional technique, registering every parameter and phase daily, in order to get a finished product.
OUR LABORATORIES
Internally there are 2 laboratories, both accredited for the check of chemical/bacteriological values, for chemical and bacteriological analyses. At the entrance of the Belladelli factory they sample and analyse every tank. Milk is identified and sent to the internal laboratory where specialized technicians proceed to the quality evaluation.
FINISHED PRODUCT
It is made an esternal visual verification on finished products to validate the exterior integrity of the form, the surface cleanliness and the compliance of Belladelli standard.
Monthly we carry out microbiological and chemical analysis on every single production line batch in our certified external laboratories. We do cheese appraisal and inspection to validate the hammer selection for its sale.
