TUTTO ITALIANO is a hard, cooked and slow-ripening cheese.
It is completely natural, coagulated with vegetable enzyme, without added preservatives or allergens, also suitable for vegetarian diets. It is ideal for satisfying the palates of the most demanding consumers and for global markets, reconciling the nutritional needs of children to adults, considering different seasonings.


It is obtained exclusively from unpasteurized collected milk, and from stables where a strict protocol has been applied, with focus on animal and nutritional wellness at 360°.
Coagulated with vegetable enzyme originated from the controlled fermentation of a mushroom
Rich in proteins with high biological value (~30g per 100g of product), it contains all 9 essential amino acids
Use of selected cultures of native lactic ferments
It is naturally rich in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, sulfur
Lysozyme-free, an allergen extracted from egg whites
It has significant amounts of vitamins such as B1, B2, B6, B12, A, D, E, H, K
-20% salt content compared to traditional cheeses in the hard category

Identification and traceability
The TUTTO ITALIANO is identified with a casein label bearing the health stamp, an alphanumeric code and a marking band with our own logo or the customer's design.
