Tutto Italiano Biocheese

Ours is a hard cheese, cooked and of slow maturation.
It is obtained exclusively from biological Italian raw milk, which is picked up directly from the cattle sheds that apply a strict protocol of livestock farming, nutrition and milk management, to guarantee the typical production, traceability and quality.

From these cheeses of real excellence, we also produce whey concentrate for human consumption, permeate and wpc (whey protein concentrate).
Research, competence, advanced technologies. This combination of elements allows our firm to produce, guaranteeing a very high qualitative level, aged cheese and whey.

TUTTO ITALIANO is the appropriate cheese for the nutrition of infants and elderly people because highly digestible as rich in minerals and calcium.
It is particularly suitable for athletes and sporty people being highly energizing and very low in sodium.
Furthermore, it allows the increase of good cholesterol, HDL, great ally of cardiovascular health.

Materia prima
It is produced by biological milk, skimmed, cleaned at low temperatures, with the addition of local lactic ferments obtained directly in the factory which give the typical flavour and facilitate the digestibility, thus making the cheese easy to assimilate because respected in its entirety.
Altamente digeribile
During the production, is used a non-animal coagulant, obtained through the fermentation of some mushroom species, without the addition of preservatives, that make this cheese suitable for children, vegetarians and people allergic to eggs.
Povero di sodio
Naturally lactose-free, with a mineral patrimony abundant of calcium phosphate, constituent of bones and teeth. It is guaranteed a reduced salt content, ranking it the one with the lowest sodium content among all the other hard cheeses, important to prevent disorders to the cardiovascular system.
